- When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped in 3-4 business days after your purchase and you will receive it in 3-5 business days.

- When do I get my custom order?
Our deadline for custom orders is 6 business days but most of the time we are dispatching them in 3-5 business days.
- Do you accept color customization?
All designs are painted with electrostatic paint. We have Black, White, Silver, Bronze and Gold.
- How can I track my order?
We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been dispatched. You can track your order from DHL, UPS and FedEx’s official website.
- Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns in the first 30 days after your purchase but unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone 30 days after the purchase. But if you like to return your order because you didn’t like it the shipment costs are non-refundable.
- What happens if my order came damaged?
Unfortunately, these kind of things are happening occasionally, but don’t worry we can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.
Any sort of shipping cost is non-refundable on returns.
- Tax and Duties
No additional Taxes or Customs for the US, Canada, and Europe, we refund all additional charges in any trouble. There may be duties on other countries; rate depends on country’s custom regulations.
